A high-buttoned Betty starring her dog, Pudgy. Cute, not cheeky like the earlier Betties. Still, a cute ( not in the sacharrine Disney sense) simple story and the animation of the cats trippin on the 'nip make this worth the 5 stars. Heck, I give all the Betty Boops 5 stars because I love her so- the best reason on the net for me to run out and buy a DVD burner.
